No call-out fee if you proceed with the repair. If you receive our diagnostic quote and decide not to go ahead, there is a small diagnostic visit charge of KES 500 — we tell you about this upfront before we visit.
Always. Our technician diagnoses the fault, then gives you a written fixed-price quote. Work only begins once you approve the quote. There are no surprises on the final invoice.

Yes. We stock OEM parts for Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, and other major brands. We do not fit aftermarket substitutes. Every part fitted is logged on your repair record and covered under our 90-day warranty.
Cash or M-Pesa, paid after the repair is complete. We send an itemised receipt immediately. We do not accept card payments at this time.
Every completed repair carries a 90-day parts and labour warranty. If the same fault recurs within that window, we return and fix it at no additional charge. The warranty covers the specific fault we repaired, not unrelated issues.
