Best Appliance Repair was founded in Westlands, Nairobi in 2017 by a team of appliance engineers who had spent years working for manufacturer service centres. We kept seeing the same problems: long wait times, vague quotes, and parts swapped unnecessarily to inflate bills. We decided to do things differently.

We've grown to a team of fourteen, covering all of Nairobi's major estates and several satellite towns. Every technician completes a structured in-house training programme and attends brand-specific workshops when manufacturers run them. We stock genuine OEM parts for Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, Bosch, Miele, Hotpoint, and most other brands sold in Kenya — which means same-day repairs, not a week-long wait for a part to arrive from Dubai.
Our work comes with a 90-day parts and labour warranty on every repair. If the same fault recurs within that window, we come back and fix it at no additional charge. That promise isn't a marketing line — it's built into every invoice we issue.
